Hillary G. Meyer
Hillary has spent her legal career litigating civil matters throughout South Carolina, with a particular focus on the Lowcountry. Her practice centers on general civil litigation, including business and probate disputes. Hillary’s extensive litigation experience enables her to guide clients through every stage of a contested matter—from the initial pleadings through trial. She also frequently advises clients in pre-litigation disputes, helping them weigh the advantages and risks of pursuing formal litigation. Recognizing that not every conflict should be tried, Hillary draws on her substantial mediation experience to help clients reach resolutions before a case ever reaches the courtroom.
Hillary has been recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers from 2020 through 2025.
Outside the courtroom, Hillary enjoys time with her husband and daughters, traveling, and serving her community through her church.
